1. Introduction Dropletta aims to provide a hassle-free return experience to its customers. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which products can be returned within 90 days of purchase.

2. Eligibility for Returns A return request will be accepted if:

  • The return request is made within 90 days of the delivery date.

  • The product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories, manuals, and labels.

  • The product is not in the Non-Returnable Items category.

3. Non-Returnable Items The following products cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, beverages).

  • Digital products, software, and subscriptions once accessed or downloaded.

  • Personal care, hygiene, and health products once opened or used.

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

4. Return Process

  • Customers must initiate a return request via support@dropletta.com with order details and proof of the issue (e.g., images, videos).

  • Once approved, customers will receive return shipping instructions.

  • The returned item must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.

  • Upon receipt and inspection, Dropletta will process the return.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Dropletta will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Refund or Replacement

  • Customers may choose between a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a refund as per the Refund Policy.
